Chili Stir-fried Mutton (Lamb)

Description:

Another Indian dish you would love. My husband taught me this!

Ingredients:
500 grams Lamb (cubed)
1pc. Tomato (sliced)
1pc. Small Onion (sliced)
1 tsp. Red Chili Powder
1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili Paste
1 pc. Vegetable Maggi Cube
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Marinate the meat with ginger-garlic-green chili paste and red chili powder for at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat oil. Saute the onion until slightly brown.

3. Then add the tomato. Keep on stirring until it’s melted.

4. Add the meat. Let it cook until it’s tender. Stir it once in a while to avoid sticking on the pan.
