One of my dad’s younger brothers died of tuberculosis 2 years ago. Well, he was an alcoholic. A father of 7, but never bothered about it. There was a time when everyone was furious at him. There was a moment when everyone was against him but couldn’t do anything but to support him especially when most of our relatives have suggested to put him in one of the alcohol rehabs in our place.
When he finally bid goodbye to us, a part of it made me happy for he won’t struggle anymore…. I wished he listened to us when we told him “drink moderately” for it won’t do any good to him….
