Most people wear casual whenever possible. The working class are often seen in corporate attire. Unless a person is invited to formal events like the Oscar’s, Grammy’s, weddings and recitals, formal wear is the least worn outfit. It is understandable that most people do not know how to dress up formally. It is not much of a problem for women as most women have the natural flair for dressing up. With men, however, it is not as easy. There are certain unwritten rules to follow. One just cannot wear a plain white polo shirt instead of wearing a tuxedo shirt. The upper class men know. If you want to belong, better know and dress appropriately.
