One of the daily struggles I have to go through as a working mom is look after the kitchen. When I say kitchen, that includes everything. Check what is no longer there and the worst part is cook meals for us.
I am not a good cook but since my househelp doesn’t know how to cook, I have no other choice but to do it myself. I don’t mind doing it, as I have side it could be a sign that it’s about time that I should learn even the simplest recipes.
But you know what’s making it hard for me? To think of what to cook everyday. Plus the inconvenience of going to the market on a daily basis after work. I leave the office at 6pm, finish errands at 7pm, do the mis en plus for dinner and finally have dinner at around 8pm or as soon as everything is ready.
This is just a part of the life of a working mom! *sigh*
