Since the day I went to see a Dermatologist, I stopped using J & J lotion for the meantime and switched to Betamethasone Dipropionate Lotion as prescribed. Betamethasone Dipropionate Lotion is used for:
Reducing itching, redness, and swelling associated with many skin conditions. Betamethasone Dipropionate Lotion is a topical corticosteroid. It works by depressing the formation, release, and activity of different cells and chemicals that cause swelling, redness, and itching.
I’m sure I’d be using this lotion till I give birth. Gaah! I’m really missing my J & J Lotion. Anyway, I think I should get more of this lotion when I visit my Derma tomorrow. I finished a bottle already in just a week.

A giant leap like this is such a challenging journey but indeed is rewarding. A few bumps along this whole journey did not stop me from being the best version of myself.
Have you tried Palmer’s Shea Butter lotion? That’s supposed to be good for pregnancies. It not only smoothes skin, it also evens skin tone and helps reduce stretch marks.
Stretch marks are actually not my problem, Luckily, I don’t have them – YET. These are rashes called PUPPP that occur during pregnancy. At this moment, I don’t wanna try anything else unless prescribed by my doctor.
Thanks for the suggestion though, I’ll keep that in mind and maybe when these rashes have decided to leave me alone, I’d definitely try that on.
