Even after my youngest daughter was discharged from a 5-day hospital confinement, our restless nights didn’t end. She would cough during the wee hours and puke on our foam mattress. Good thing we have enough bedsheets to replace the soiled ones.
Right after the New Year, it gotten worst that I had to take her to another Pediatrician for a sort of a second opinion. This time she was prescribed with Ventolin and changed whatever medicines she used to take. We were also advised to give her anti-histamine for more than a month and see it that would make a difference.
I am also in the look out of a good Allergologist in Manila to see what triggers her asthma. At least she won’t be deprived from so many things.
So far, she’s slowly recovering and had a good sleep last night with very few coughs.
