I got my first bill with SmartBro yesterday. And to my surprise my total bill reads Php1,063.45. I continued reading and it said Php64.65 Please pay. It was because I had Php900.00 CR. But wait, I thought this package promo is worth Php999.00 per month only? How the hell that happened? I thought it was for unlimited usage?
I asked a friend who was also using SmartBro, and she said that I should ask Smart about it. I called the hotline but to no avail. *sigh* So, I might just have to go there tomorrow and double check.
Lesson learned > Read the contract before signing. LOL! I didn’t even know that this package is good for one year hahaha! When I went there, I just subscribed, signed and paid without reading the form that I filled up. You can’t blame me! What I had in mind that day was to get a connection right away, so that me and Derrick could talk over the voice chat for hours.
