Eight Years And Counting - SEASONED BLOGGER & WAHM

In another three months , we will be celebrating our 3rd Wedding Anniversary. A month after that, will be our 8th year TWOgetherness. Can you believe that? After all the issues and problems that we had gone through, our relationship is still as strong as how we want it to be.

I remember relating to Shania Twains’ hit song You’re Still The One. And my fave lines were:

Looks like we made it
Look how far we’ve come my baby
We mighta took the long way
We knew we’d get there someday

Bridge:
They said, “I bet they’ll never make it”
But just look at us holding on
We’re still together still going strong

We beat the odds together
I’m glad we didn’t listen

Yes, I’m glad we didn’t listen… otherwise there would be no Deye around who makes us giggle and colors our life together.
