This past week has been a very busy week for me. Now that I have an internet connection at home, I find it hard to come online and do my problogging assignments. I hope everything will get back to normal very soon.
Anyway, two days ago, I heard from one of my cousins that their younger sister has to undergo an operation. A friend of hers pinched her nose and she later on experienced a very bad bleeding. They had to rush her to the hospital which was unfortunately an hour drive away from where she stays and was immediately advised that an operation is needed. I still don’t know the detailed story but in a few hours more, we’ll be going to visit her in Cabanatuan City, as she needed some blood donors. They have already got two people for the same, but we needed four for her. Imagine the damage done by simply joking around and pinching her nose? So, I am taking two of my cousins for standby including me in case they haven’t found two more people to donate blood.
I really wish I could help more than that, but I also have to think of our future expenses here. That’s the least I can do, visit and donate my blood, if needed. Unfortunately, the hospital where she’s admitted does not have a blood bank. Either we pay two bags for P5,000 or donate ours for P700. If we donate, it’s like visiting her at the same time, then maybe she’ll recover faster if she comes to know that we were there for her. I really feel sorry for them. Both of their parents have passed away already and no one else is there to help them. I hope everything goes well later… Please include her in your prayers that she’ll get through this easily, as she also has a 3 year old daughter to look after.
I failed to donate a bag of blood kasi less than 55 kgs ako waaaaaaaah! None of us qualified. So we decided na bumili na lang sa blood bank. Super pagod sa byahe grabeeeeeeee!
Thanks Cookie!
Lalabas na sya bukas…. Thanks!
