WBFC #17

Weekend Blog Follower CaravanOooops! This has nothing to do with my current job but with my online life, yes, a lot. Let me first share with you what does WBFC stand for. WBFC stands for Weekend Blog Follower Caravan. It is a simple online blogger-helping-blogger weekly meme. It was designed for Bloggers to help each other in terms of blog followers either through Google Friend Connect and email subscribers.

This week, Mommy Ruby, the founder of PMC and host of WBFC gave it a little twist to make the caravan more exciting. Here’s the drill:

1. Follow our sponsors The Pink Piggy and LIKE Weekend Blog Follower Caravan at Facebook (like button at the sidebar).
2. Make a welcome post for others to comment on.
3. Comment on the welcome post if you have followed. If you are already a follower, still leave a comment to know that you have visited.

To know more about WBFC, please head on to its new home here. Oh by the way, I’d like to welcome the new participants of this meme. I just thought aside from the PayPal cash prizes that the The Pink Piggy is sponsoring, maybe a couple of personal tee shirts will also do. I’m willing to sponsor one next time teehee!

Trivia (ref. WikiPedia):
What is meme and how it is pronounced? The term Internet meme (pronounced /?mi?m/, rhyming with “cream”[2]) is used to describe a concept that spreads via the Internet.[3] The term is a reference to the concept of memes, although the latter concept refers to a much broader category of cultural information.
